Policies

Everything you need to know before working with us!

Scheduling & Services:

  • Scheduling is on a first-come, first service basis. 

  • We will make every effort to accommodate last minute/same day requests but they cannot be guaranteed. 

 

Cancellations:

Colee’s Pet Care Inc is authorized to enforce the following cancellation policies: 

  • Same day cancellations and requests for next day cancellations received after 7:00pm will be charged full rate.

  • For any bookings between November 15th through January 15th, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. 
     

Vaccinations:

Colee’s Pet Care Inc requires that all pets be current on necessary vaccinations.
 

Payments:

  • Payments are due in full before or on the first visit in the form of online credit card, cash, or check.

  • Checks are to be made payable to Colee’s Pet Care Inc. 

  • A finance charge of 25% per month will be added to unpaid balances after 30 days.

  • A handling fee of $25 will be charged on all returned checks.

  • An advance deposit may be required whenever warranted in the sole judgment of Colee’s Pet Care Inc.

  • In the event it is necessary to initiate collection proceedings on the account, Client will be responsible for all attorney’s fees and costs of collection.

  • Credit/Debit Card payments will be processed through your client portal with the safety and security of Stripe.

Holidays:

  • Holidays include New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

  • During holidays, there will be a $10 add on fee to all services. There will also be a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total reservation due when services are scheduled.
